Two, the Ministry of commerce should hold the exhibition under the guidance of Scientific Outlook on Development, integrate superior resources, improve management rules and operational mechanisms, strengthen planning coordination, promote international economic and trade exchanges and cooperation, expand commodity circulation and consumption, and promote industrial and local economic development.

Three. The exhibition referred to in these Measures refers to fairs, exhibitions, fair meetings, trade fairs and procurement meetings held in China in the fields of economy, technology, trade and investment.

The Ministry of Commerce's exhibition work as mentioned in these Measures refers to the work of internal examination and approval, management and evaluation in the name of the Ministry of Commerce.

Four. The exhibitions organized by the Ministry of commerce should be in line with the business development plan and Ministry of Commerce.

According to the principle of centralized resources, rational layout, coordinated development and market-oriented orientation, the exhibition will be classified according to the importance of the exhibition to promote the work of national economy and commerce.

Six, in addition to the bidding system

In addition, the Ministry of commerce does not hold more than one exhibition in the same province, autonomous region, municipality directly under the central government and vice provincial cities.

The examination and approval of new exhibitions organized by the Ministry of Commerce will be tilted to the central and Western Old Industrial Bases under the same conditions.

There is no overlap in the time and content arrangement between the new exhibitions and the existing exhibitions held by the Ministry of Commerce.
