Enterprises Have A Brand -- To Be An Enterprise First.

In my consulting and internal training business, I have some insights. I find that there is a commonality in the 200 enterprises that I have been exposed to: all enterprises are alive, and their bosses are quick to turn their heads, have their own thinking, have advanced concepts, and do well in their work.


  


For enterprises and bosses, I find that they are divided into three categories:


  


1 leading enterprises


  


Such enterprises take the customer as the center, pay attention to the customers' feelings, their own rules and regulations of the market game, and play cards according to their own methods. The boss is active in ideas, strong in innovation, and dare to speak and act. Once he decides to do something, he immediately thinks of methods, wants tactics, performs immediately, and loves learning.


  


2 follow up enterprises


  


Their typical performance is that if the market sells well, I will do anything. If you sell expensive, I will be cheaper. Anyway, "a cheap three love".

In this way, the boss of the enterprise feels that it has been very good to do so. There is no new change in the market and the crisis of the enterprise.


  


3 half dead enterprise


  


Such enterprises, products aging, quality problems, organization and embossing, complex workflow, lack of efficiency, manpower is dead, and die, a little unwilling, after all, is the boss's half life trip to the country; to survive, but no tricks.

Such a boss, old idea, no culture and knowledge, has another fatal weakness: no one will believe it.

The enterprise has the final say, the typical long carriage, the enterprise sewer blocked up, he is also to deal with.

They are both financials and accountants, who do not rest assured of their money. They are suspicious and heavy. Everyone must act according to his experience in twenty years. How to behave?


  


The author believes that people should at least have the following principles:

When God is in the ascendant, we see the beauty, goodness and simplicity in human nature. When the devil is strong, what we see is evil, hypocrisy and deceitful side.


  


Man's conscience is like a mirror. Justice and evil, kindness and ferocity can be reflected from this mirror.

But when the balance of our mind is out of balance, this kind of conscience quickly dies away, and people will become right and wrong.

This kind of conscience is actually a very simple thing, just like everyone in our mind is a just God.

If we have conscience, we will have compassion, sincerity and kindness; if we do not have conscience, we will find that we are indifferent, cruel, hypocritical and treacherous.


  


Without conscience, we can not tell the good and evil of the world from the ugly and hypocritical of the human heart. If there is no conscience, we can not find many real good things from sincerity, goodness and simplicity in the world we are in.


  


In fact, everyone has a conscience.

Sympathy for the unfortunate and support for the weak.

It depends on the extent to which each of us has conscience.


If we bury our conscience, we can see the gains and losses, be rich and ungrateful, harm others, benefit ourselves and do anything by any means.


  


When we find conscience, we can sacrifice ourselves for others, help others and do good deeds.


  


A man without conscience is like a walking corpse without two animals.


  


3, we should be honest.


  


In interpersonal communication, kindness is the cornerstone.

It is not a sharp thing at a time, but a complimentary appreciation.
