Largest Clothing Park In Sri Lanka Was Established In India

According to local media, Brandix, the largest clothing exporter in Sri Lanka, has set up an area of about 1000 acres of clothing in India, India. BIAC has taken an important step for Sri Lanka to become an important regional force in the field of clothing manufacturing in Vee Shaka Putnam, India.

Representatives of the India government and the Andhra Pradesh government attended the opening ceremony of the park.


It is reported that the park adopts vertical integration management, supporting large-scale knitting, garment manufacturing, processing, printing and other production. It can accommodate 20 garment factories, 3 textile factories, 8 accessories factories and 1 processing factories, and is designed and built for international first-class garment manufacturers.

It will be one of the largest special economic zones in the world and the largest garment Park in South Asia.
