On April 22, 2010, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology officially approved 110 light industry standards (GK [2010] No. 96). The industrial standard of Synthetic Leather for Protective Shoes (QB/T4044-2010) drafted and formulated by Shanghai Huafeng Superfiber Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huafeng Superfiber") is listed and will be implemented from October 1, 2010.

Huafeng Superfiber is currently the largest superfine fiber synthetic leather enterprise in China in terms of sales volume, and is one of the two drafting and formulation units of the Polyurethane Bundle Ultrafine Fiber Synthetic Leather (QB/T2888-2007). The company started the research and development of ultra fiber protective footwear products in 2003, and successfully developed them in 2006, becoming the only ultra fiber enterprise in China that meets the EU S2 standard for ultra fiber protective footwear leather, effectively filling the gap in domestic high-end moisture permeable waterproof labor protective footwear leather, and effectively enhancing the core competitiveness of Huafeng ultra fiber products and brands. On May 18, 2007, it successfully applied for the patent of "Manufacturing Method of Synthetic Leather for Protective Shoes" (application No. 200710040832.6). The approved industrial standards mainly stipulate the classification, safety technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation, storage, etc. of synthetic leather products for protective shoes.

It is reported that the main problems facing the domestic ultra fiber industry at present are the intense homogenization competition, the lack of R&D and innovation capabilities of enterprises, and the lack of high-end products. Based on this, Huafeng Superfiber has firmly taken the road of differentiation and high-end development since its inception. While it has achieved the first sales volume for several consecutive years, it has unswervingly adhered to technical innovation and product research and development. In addition to super fiber protective shoe leather, super fiber shoe lining leather, super fiber military leather A series of high-end products for special purposes, such as super fiber automotive interior leather, have also passed the relevant standard tests, and the market prospect is promising.
