The anti dumping duty on polyester cotton prints has been reviewed at sunset.

As the domestic stakeholders did not attend the sunset review, the commerce department decided to announce the lifting of the anti-dumping duty order.


In September 16, 1983, the US Department of Commerce introduced grey cloth from People's Republic of China.

Therefore, according to 19 CFR 351.218 (d) (1) (III) (A), the US Department of Commerce decided that, in the absence of interested parties interested in participating in the sunset review, the Ministry of Commerce informed the relevant international trade commission in writing in May 24, 2010 that the United States intended to issue a final ruling to cancel the anti-dumping duty order.

It refers to ordinary shuttle weaving, no floral, no yarn, no pattern, single yarn, but not combed yarn, the average count of yarn is 43-68/2, the weight is not more than 6 ounces / square yards, the total yarn number is more than 85 yarn / square inch, of which, the total number of yarn per square inch and the total number of weft are less than 62% of the total warp and weft yarn per square inch.

The current uniform tariff list for this commodity is classified as "HTSUS" and is 5210.11.6060.
