In Tokyo, rubber film "Poly Flex", which can be used for printing and processing T-shirts, has been launched recently.

The rubber mold is strong and durable, and can be used for small quantity customization because there is no need to make plate making again.

Pori Flex is a rubber mold with four layers of structure.

The adhesive film is attached with a printing and dyeing adhesive material called polyurethane.

The rubber mold is placed on the T-shirt and pressed for 17 seconds at a temperature of about 160 degrees, and the polyurethane resin is fixed onto the T-shirt by adhesive.

It has a certain degree of flexibility and washability.

The traditional screen printing process needs to make plate making in the early stage, while Poly Flex only needs to directly carve the polyurethane adhesive part of the rubber mould to achieve the effect of plate making.

The introduction of new materials and technology not only saves the cost of plate making, but also is very suitable for printing and dyeing a small number of custom patterns.

The technology can be applied to fabrics such as cotton, polyester, nylon and so on. On the basis of this, waterproof fabrics and other products can be developed.

Since the company sells mainly rubber mold, users need to have their own pattern engraving equipment.

However, at present, the company has introduced services to introduce OEM factories to customers, such as Pori Tape for German enterprises, and its products are mainly made in Germany.

Now, the technology has been applied to the field of dyeing and finishing of football jerseys in Germany.
