The number of shoes exported to Panama by the Taizhou inspection and quarantine bureau is 8640 pairs and the value is 24710.4 US dollars.
When inspecting the goods, the inspector found that the company had printed the words "HECHOENHONGKONG" (made in Hongkong) on the label of one of the 67-8037L models, 40 boxes, 1440 pairs and 4118.4 dollars worth of finished products.
The company's behavior is suspected of counterfeiting origin, which violates the relevant provisions of the law of the People's Republic of China on import and export commodity inspection and its implementation regulations.
Taizhou inspection and Quarantine Bureau found that

As soon as the new inspection company started its export business, it did not understand Spanish, and added labels to the shoes without the scrutiny of the customers' labels.
In recent years, the Bureau analyzed the counterfeiting and fake leather products of export footwear products, and found that the importing countries in such cases were Venezuela, Panama and other African and South American countries. More than 80% of illegal enterprises were small businesses or new inspection companies. Most of the products were PU leather shoes, labels or ingredient labels were also designated or provided by customers.
To this end, the Bureau will focus on monitoring exports to sensitive countries in the next stage of work.

We should focus on investigating the foreign trade companies that have committed illegal activities, improve the effectiveness of inspection and supervision, and strengthen the publicity of laws and regulations of enterprises, especially the guidance of new filing enterprises and small and medium-sized enterprises, so as to promote enterprises to understand relevant laws and regulations, reduce the probability of ignorance and illegal business, and issue warning warnings in the industry, which will be a deterrent to the export enterprises.
