Customs officers promptly submitted the goods to the regulatory office for verification, and the goods were suspected to infringe the trademark rights registered by the above-mentioned brands in the General Administration of customs.

After investigation, it was confirmed that a company in Guangzhou declared imports of clothing in a general trade manner suspected of infringing on the "D&G DOLCE GABBANA" trademark, 10 pairs of shoes and 46 garments, and the countries involved in the goods were Italy, Turkey and Morocco. This is the first time that Guangzhou customs has seized suspected infringing goods in the freight channel.
