The test was commissioned by the Shandong leather industry testing center and tested according to QB/T1333-2010's "back bag" and QB/T1333-2004 "back bag" standard.

The main testing items are appearance quality, weight bearing, sewing strength, fittings, etc.

Relevant people of the Provincial Association of consumers said that due to the current standard whether there should be no clear requirement for the production date of the back bags, most samples did not mark the production date, so they could not choose the testing standard according to the production date.

Therefore, this test adopts the standard product label as the standard number.

Of the 20 backpack samples submitted, 19 samples were labeled with QB/T1333-2004 and 1 samples were labeled QB/T1333-2010.

After initial inspection and re examination, 16 samples met the standard (the inspection report was qualified), 4 samples were not up to the standard (the inspection report was unqualified), the qualified rate of the samples was 80%, and the unqualified items were mainly concentrated on the stitching strength.

The inspector said that the suture strength test is to intercept two parts of the main parts of the back bag suture fabric, and use the tensile machine to stretch at a certain speed until it is broken (line or fabric), and the minimum value is obtained.

The standard requirement is that the stitching strength between the fabrics is not less than 196N within the effective area.

The Shandong Consumers Association reminds consumers to pay attention to the following points when choosing back bags.
