In the first half of this year, Changchun consumers' associations at all levels accepted 2110 complaints from consumers, and received more than 10980 consumer consultations to save consumers about 3000000 yuan in economic losses.

The main problems are three:


First, the quality problem is outstanding.

In the first half of this year, Changchun furniture products complained 65, an increase of 13.5% over the same period, and 61 complaints of decorative building materials, an increase of 25% over the same period last year.

It involves 60 complaints about food and beverage, 51 complaints for washing and dyeing, 44 complaints for lodging, 35 for cosmetic complaints, and 10 complaints for wedding photography.

Changchun city health products complaints 48, an increase of 6.7% over the same period, most of the deceived are middle-aged and elderly people.
