"Every two bags on the market, one from Huadu Shiling," vividly depicts the status of Shiling, known for its package, in the industry.

Here, there are more than 8000 production enterprises, more than 18600 business operators, employing more than 400 thousand, 2 million pieces of leather processing every day, with an annual output value of 30 billion yuan, 136 countries in the import and export.

The leather leather Festival, unveiled annually from Holy Land Shiling (International) leather goods city, makes the name "China leather capital" even more famous at home and abroad.

For Lin Jun, chairman of the holy land group, the past 2014 has great significance.

In this year, Lin Jun, who has been practicing domestically for several years in China, has completed the "first show" in the international market with acceleration and plans to expand the more beautiful pattern of the international market.

In the first half of the year, he traveled several times to Turkey, across Europe and Asia, to Italy on the Mediterranean coast, into Poland known as "European Heart", followed by President Xi Jinping's trip to Latin America, and Vice Premier Wang to go to Scandinavia and central and Eastern Europe.

Since its formal accession to the Holy Land Shiling (leather) leather city in 2009, Lin Jun has been contributing to China's leather industry, which is undergoing pformation and upgrading, and is struggling to find new outlets in the domestic and international markets.

He is committed to building the "satellite city" of leather products, realizing the strategy of "bringing in and going out", making the world's outstanding brands, products, designs, and concepts with China's broad market demand "seamless connection". It also allows the Chinese leather industry to climb the high value end of the "Smiling Curve". He launched the Chinese leather fashion festival, known as the "Oscar" grand ceremony of the leather industry, and become the cradle of developing the independent brand.

In the street, they sent leaflets, sold telesales, worked as drivers, sold computers, and even helped people do their homework.

Unlike many ordinary people's "rich two generation" curriculum vitae, Lin Jun, who was born in 1981, is a typical "intelligent two generation" and "two generation". When he was studying abroad, he used to work to support his own career in the sea, leaving him a valuable experience of starting an undertaking, and accumulated a broad thinking pattern for China's leather industry in the future.

In 1999, after graduating from high school, Lin Junyuan went to Macquarie University in Australia to study abroad.

At that time, the IT industry started to thrive. Originally, he majoring in accounting.

The world is unpredictable.

Lin Jun

Then he suffered a technology bubble, which was the first setback he encountered when he set foot in society.

"This is a blessing in disguise". This setback has taught him how to deal with it positively.

After careful consideration, he chose to walk resolutely.

This decision also gave him a strong sense of crisis. At the same time, he saw that danger is organic.

As the book of changes says, "there is Yang in the shade and Yin in the Yang". Everything will have a peak and a low valley. In the low valley, we must accumulate strength so that we can rebound to a higher level.

Studying and living in a foreign country is quite normal for many people to take part-time jobs as exercise.

But for Lin Jun, when he was studying abroad, he just encountered the family business downturn, and his job became a way to support himself from pure exercise. Such a choice seems to be the only one.

Beginning in 2000, the depressed economic situation affected his family business. At the worst time, the company couldn't afford to pay telephone bills.

In his predicament, he did not complain about others, but worked to solve tuition and living expenses.

So far, Lin still clearly remembered his first job of sending flyers, when the salary of an hour was only 5.5 Australian dollars, and he needed 6.5 Australian dollars for a meal.

It takes more than an hour to get a meal, and this "equivalent exchange" makes him realize the value of that meal.

Soon after, he switched to telemarketing, with a base salary of 10 Australian dollars, with a commission of 5 Australian dollars per paction.

Later, he moved to help Westerners. Although the hourly wage was very high, up to 23~27 Australian dollars, it was necessary to start working at two o'clock in the evening.

So he often left school in the evening and hurried back before class in order to make up for the cost of living.

In many part-time work experience, the greatest influence on Lin Jun's entrepreneurial thinking in the future is to help students do their homework.

In his sophomore year and junior year, Lin found a job that could improve interest in learning and improve academic performance. The key is to earn "a lot of money".

At that time, the first year of the year was acceptable for the first year of the year, with a reward of 150 Australian dollars, 250 Australian dollars per assignment, and 350 Australian dollars per assignment.

When this business mode has been running for some time, the problem arises.

One is: "the students who knew at the beginning would ask me to do their homework. They would often produce two assignments that appear to be different from the different grades of B level and C level, and they are also hard to control."

Lin Jun laughed and said, "those who get low marks are not happy."

But because it is a computer programming, the same homework must be very different, so it will not be found to be plagiarized, so every job can not fully guarantee the A grade. (rule is: the price of each job is guaranteed only C grade results, not guaranteed high score).

Second, helping with homework is not enough. It is easy to be found and cancelled by the school.

Third: the same type.

Competitor

Many, many countries, such as Thailand and Indonesia, take part in the students. But the price is too arbitrary and not uniform. People often rush to do their homework at low prices.

After thinking, Lin Jun found a solution to find the alumni who had graduated to cooperate and play the role of intermediary.

consult

He did two things after that: first, convening together the Thailand and Indonesian students to unify the price.

The two is that the middleman should make a unified order and send the list on average (generally, 1 people in the same job can not exceed 4 jobs).

After the above two actions, a firewall system has been established to solve the problem of price confusion, and because of the random dispatch, people do not know who has done their homework. Therefore, complaints about different grades of homework have also been resolved.

And this part-time study experience also laid the foreshadowing for Lin Jun's efforts to integrate the upstream and downstream industries chain and create a circulation chain.

Hard work pays off.

In 2004, Lin Jun successfully obtained the bachelor degree in information and communication science, and successfully obtained the Microsoft Certification System Engineer (MCSE) and CISCO-CCNA.

Lin Junxiao said, in retrospect, he did not know why he had so much time to test this certificate.

After years of recalling this experience, Lin Jun said he had benefited a lot from the pattern of thinking.

The first is how to plate ideas into practical actions, and achieve the ultimate goal step by step; secondly, how to cooperate with others and understand others' thoughts; third, efficiency, how to optimize processes, and reduce time and steps, which is of great benefit to his future operation and management.
