The product quality supervision and spot check and risk monitoring were carried out, and it was found that there were no saliva color fastness items in individual batches of infant clothing sold online.

It is understood that the quality supervision department of Xi'an has carried out product quality risk monitoring for some online hot selling infant garments. The monitoring items include formaldehyde content, saliva color fastness, and decomposable carcinogenic aromatic amine dyes 3 items.

Online sampling involves a number of commonly used electronic business platforms, totaling 12 batches of samples.

After testing, formaldehyde and decomposable carcinogenic aromatic amine dyes were all up to national standards. One batch of samples was not qualified for saliva color fastness.

According to the quality supervision department, the color fastness to saliva is a specific index for infant clothing testing.
