摘要：本专利述及一种采用碳纤维和玻璃纤维制备而成的巡检机器人外壳，包括壳体和散热口，壳体两端的斜面部分底部通过铰链铰接有防撞板，防撞板的顶端为自由端，防撞板与壳体斜面之间连接有多个弹簧，壳体两侧开设有矩形的散热口，散热口处安装有多个散热风扇，散热口处设置有散热罩；本发明一种采用碳纤维和玻璃纤维制备而成的巡检机器人外壳，通过在壳体的两端设置防撞板，起到了防撞作用，散热罩的安装和拆卸十分简单方便，方便了散热罩的拆卸清洁，同时也方便了散热风扇的维护，在壳体的外表层和内衬层之间复合碳纤维和玻璃纤维，利用碳纤维和玻璃纤维高强度的特性，在保持原有刚度强度等机械性能不变的前提下，减轻了壳体的重量。
