The Second Batch Of The First Elimination Of Tariffs For Us And Canada

The Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council issued a notice on the second batch of first excluded list of tariffs for us and Canada.

According to the notice of the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council on carrying out the elimination of duties on commodities in the United States and Canada (Tax Committee Announcement No. 2019] No. 2), the State Council Customs Tariff Commission organizes the examination of effective applications submitted by the applicant, and decides on the basis of the procedure that the second batch of tariff products for the US and Canada will be excluded for the first time and two items should be implemented. Elimination measures. The related matters are announced as follows:

For the commodities listed in the list, from February 28, 2020 to February 27, 2021 (one year), I will no longer impose tariffs on the 301 measures against the United States. The relevant import enterprises shall apply to the Customs within 6 months from the date of promulgation of the list.

For the commodities listed in listing two, from February 28, 2020 to February 27, 2021 (one year), I will no longer impose tariffs on the 301 measures against the United States. The added duties are not refundable.

The Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council will continue to exclude tariff products from us and Canada, and timely publish the list of subsequent batches.

The Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council released the second batch of the first elimination list of tariffs for us and Canada.
