Some students say "grade". They feel that their grades are good and honors are good at school.

It is not known that employing units are not the only criteria for judging talents. Those who are fond of competing for "high school students" can only experience loneliness and desolate in the days when they are cold.


Depend on psychology. Some college students lack the sense of independence. When they go out for a job, they always like their parents or classmates to accompany each other, or a group of schoolmates will apply for the same unit together, hoping to take care of each other in the future. Such an independent minded graduate will only be abandoned by the employer.


I am not anxious to find a job. I am thinking of climbing up any relatives or friends, and buying a job with money.


Some college students do not want to go far, so they only want to work in the "one mu three places". Some other college students have boarded the ark of love early, and have left behind the same trench with their other half after graduation.


 

Conservative psychology.

Without such a sense of competition, they dare not meet challenges, or hold modest "virtues" and dare not show their strengths and characteristics.

Employers favor


Low psychology. Contrary to conservative psychology, these people always feel that competition is fierce and they are less skilled than others, so they are reluctant to pay their own price.

The unequal agreements issued by some units are also signed, which will bring hidden trouble to future work.


Some people are radical in their thinking. They are always "cool". They do not want to go out to look for jobs. They think that the salary is low here, and the treatment is bad. When they say they want to find a job, they want to be their own boss.


False psychology, false academic credentials, fake certificates, fake honors and so on are not the lifesaving straw for breaking the door of employment. The fake can not last long, but will only destroy their own future.
